Mrs. Mollie Estelle Norris, age 68, of Wallace died Sunday, April 30, 2000, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Norris was born February 27, 1932, in Duplin County and was the daughter of the late Eli and Edith Sholar Parker. She was predeceased by her son Richard Norris. Mrs. Norris was a member of First Assembly of God in Wallace. Surviving are her husband, John W. Norris of the home; children, Darlene Biszmaier and husband Kenneth of Watha, Betty Sherrill and husband Bob of Penderlea, David Norris and wife Janice of Durham, and Ted Norris and wife Patsy of Wallace; grandchildren, Pam Cottle, Dean Blizzard, Dale Fisher, Patty Blizzard, Teresa Rivenbark, Ricky Norris, Christopher Norris and Jonathan Norris; fourteen great- grandchildren; brother, George Parker of Wallace; and sisters, Ella Batchelor of Rose Hill, Annie Stokes of Wallace, and Evelyn Pauley of Jacksonville. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God, Wallace,with the Rev. Leo Bracken officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park.
