Died
In Duplin county, on the 1st inst. Mrs Elizabeth Shepeard, wife of Thomas
Shepeard, Esq. in the 69th year of her age. 

(Advertised in the same paper was Thomas Shepeard selling his plantation.)

Plantation for Sale
The subscriber will sell, on very accommodating terms, the Plantation whereon he
now resides, lying about two miles from Kenansville, Duplin County NC, and about
three quarters of a mile from one of the best Academies in the lower part of the
state. The tract contains about six hundred acres, well adapted to the
cultivation of Corn, Peas, Turpentine etc. For further particulars, enquire of
the subscriber on the premises.
