thence S 35 W 176 poles to a pine and pond on Frederick WELLS line thence 
his line W 176 poles to a pine his corner thence his line N 40 W 168 poles 
to Cabbin Branch thence his own Line n 27 E 158 poles to a pine thence his 
line N 100 poles to a stake E 10 poles to a pine then his other line N ————
