Gibson SLOAN to D. C. MOORE-Boundary Line
We, D. C. MOORE & Gibson SLOAN, Sr. of the county of Duplin do agree to the 
following as a permanent dividing line between us beginning at a dead pine on 
the South side of the hand of Brown Branch, running thence N 67 E 52 poles to a 
pine, thence N 10 E 110 poles to a Gum thence S 80 E 52 poles to a stake in a 
bottom thence N 48 E 23 poles to a dead pine thence N 57 E 390 poles to a stake 
on the N. E. side of Mary SLASH? being a corner of a survey of lands deeded by 
Am. MCANNE to the father of Gibson SLOAN, Senr. Given under our hands & seals 
this 29th day of April 1834.
