Jesse Pipkin Land Grant - one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on 
the east side of Buck Marsh joining his own land. Beginning at a gum on the run of 
Buck Swamp a little above the fork and runs So 85 Et 32 poles to a pine his own 
corner and runs with his line So 5 Wt 144 poles to a maple his own corner, thence 
with his other line So 85 Et 160 poles to a pine, thence So 5 Wt 104 poles to a 
black jack on Cartors line, thence with his line So 64 Wt 116 poles to a stake on 
the run of the marsh, thence the run meanders up the beginning
