No. 1313 Granted to Lewis Pipkin one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on 
the dreans of Buck Swamp. Beginning at a black jack said Pipkin corner on Rd. 
Roberts line, thence north 64 E 60 poles to a black jack, thence by a crooked 
line of old marked trees N 85 E 84 poles, thence N 174 poles to a stake on 
Daniel Hines line, thence thorough a cypress pond with Daniel Hines line W 142 
poles to a black jack two holes beyond a marked pine, thenc S 110 poles to a 
pine on his own line, thence as it S 85 20 poles to a pine his corner, thence 
his own old line to the beginning.
