To daughter Bethenia Byrd, one Mulatto girl named Cloe and two cows and yearlings. To daughter Selah Byrd, the first child my Negro Poll. To wife Catherine Byrd, one Negro winch named Patt and and all the remaining part of my estate except livestock and my other Negros equally divided among my four children and likewise make and ordain Michael King and Edward Byrd my executors.
