WILL - DUPLIN CO., NC dtd 15 October 1793 and probated October Term 1793
I Isac Duncan of the County of Duplin and Stat of north Carolina being week
in boddey But in proper sense and sound memory Calling to mind that it is
apinted for all men to dy Do mak and ordain this my last will and Testement
in manner and form following VIZ
First as much of my property of stock or movebles Be sold to pay all my
landed depts.
Secondly I give and bequeth unto my well Beloved wife Sucke Duncan all my
____ property with all my stock, cattle horses hogs and sheep with all
household goods and working tools likewise that she be persable possessed of
my plantation during her natural life and then all my lands and plantation
be
sold and the money Devided between my brothers to wit William Duncan Edmund
Duncan and George Duncan likewise I appint William Duncan and George Duncan
to be my Executors the fifteenth date of October 1793.

State of No. Carolina Duplin County  October Term 1793
Then was the within Will proved in this Court in due form of Said by the
Oath
of Charlotte Roach one of the Subscribing Witnesses thereto.  And at the
same
time William Duncan and George Duncan the Executors named in the said Will
came before the Court and  and Qualified as Executors to the said Will.
Ordered that Letters ____ Accordingly.  Teste  Wm Dickson CC
