  Written Jun. 22, 1833 - Probated April Court 1838
To Sons: JOSEPH and BRYANT - one dollar
To Sons: WILLIAM, ALFRED, and JAMES - all my lands to be equally divided
To Daughter, ANNEY - one dollar
To Daughter - ELIZABETH JANE - four head of cattle; a cow and yearling; a 
heifer and a steer.
To children: BRYANT, WILLIAM, ALFRED, ELIZABETH JANE and JAMES - money from 
sale of perishable estate.
Witnesses: JESSE BOYET; LOUIE MANER
