To my niece, FRANCES, daughter of nephew JAMES DUNN, negro, DINAH and her two children. To my niece, ELIZABETH, daughter of nephew JAMES DUNN, negro ELIZA. To my nephew, JAMES, son of nephew JAMES DUNN, negro STEPNEY. To my niece, SIVIL, daughter of DAVID HOOKS, negro RACHELL and her child, ANN; work stand; feather bed and furniture To my nephew, JAMES DUNN - 415 acres I bought from my brother, WILLIAM, land formerly owned by JAMES CLARKE; negroes CAM & HANAH and her six children: SILVA, ALEXANDER, WASHINGTON, TILLEY, ESTHER, & MARY.
