The Will of WILLIAM MCCURDY of Duplin County
To Daughter, JANE -- All money and debts due him;  
To Son, WILLIAM --land and remainder of property;
To Son, THOMAS -- Five silver dollars
If either JANE OR WILLIAM die without heir, the whole to the surviving of the 
two. 
Executors: JAMES WRIGHT; CHARLES HOOKS
Witnesses: THOMAS WRIGHT, JAMES WRIGHT, J. E. WRIGHT
