First-I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping threw the merits of Christ to obtain moral salvation and my body to be buried in a christian manner at the discretion of my executors hereafter named. Item-I give and bequeath to my nephew William WILLIAMS one hundred pounds which is owing to me from John NEIL to him and his heirs forever. Item- I give and bequeath to my nephew Edward WILLIAMS seventy dollars thirty five dollars of it is in hand, the other half of it to be raised out of my bacon?, to him and his heirs forever. My Will and desire is that my Mother, Tabitha WILLIAMS have the use of my sorrel mare during her life and after he death if the mare is then living. I give her to my nephew William WILLIAMS to have and his heirs forever, and my desire is also that the said mare be put to horse and her first colt is to go to my nephew Edward WILLIAMS and his heirs forever. Item_ I give and bequeath to my nephew, William WILLIAMS my small bay mare for the use of my Father’s negro fellow KIT next my Will and desire is that my corn and fodder be fed out to my stock of cattle and hogs and my sorrel mare, then my cattle and hogs to be equally divided between my two nephews William WILLIAMS & Edward WILLIAMS to them and their heirs forever. Next my will is that my executors sell my bacon for ready money and that they pay my brother Jacob WILLIAMS, then dollars which I owe him, and the residue of the money to be equally divided between my two nephews, William WILLIAMS and Edward WILLIAMS to them and their heirs, forever. John (his X mark) WILLIAMS Lastly, I constitute and appoint my friend Edward PEARSALL and my nephew William WILLIAMS, Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and disallowing all other wills by me made. In Witness, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd Day of January 1803.
