MARY ELIZABETH COTHRAN COPELAND

SEDLEY-Mary C. Copeland of Sedley passed away January 5, 2014 after a long and 
courageous battle with cancer.

She was predeceased by her parents, William and Hattie Cothran, her brother 
Thelbert Cothran and a grandson John Curtis Gregory.

She is survived by her children, Linda Gregory (Brian Gaffos) of Windsor, Kathy 
Larsen (Shawn) of Cookeville, Tn, Chris Cutchins and Jim Copeland of Sedley. She 
is also survived by seven Grandchildren, Sarah Williams, Cole and Abbie Gregory 
of Windsor, Stacy and Andrea Fleetwood of Tennessee, Paul Gyoker (Emily) of 
Suffolk and April Cutchins of Sedley. She leaves 4 great grandchildren, Camryn 
Williams, Samantha and Hanna Gyoker of Suffolk and Lucas Cutchins of Sedley. She 
is also survived by her special friend of many years, Karen Gentry and by her 
faithful dog Joey.

There will be a celebration of her life Saturday January 11, 2014 from 2 to 6 at 
the firehouse in Sedley. Anyone who knew Mary or whose life she had touched are 
welcome to drop by and share memories.
