Former Durham businessman and well known farmer
Died near Rougemont at home yesterday from a fatal heart attach at 5 pm
Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Bettie Gray Tilley; 3 sons, Grover, Hoyt and Garland Tilley
all of Durham;
4 brothers, Harvey, Will, Ernest and Bud Tilley all of Durham County; 
2 sisters, Mrs. Ewart Berry of Durham and Mrs. George Tilley of Rougemont.
Body removed to the residence 
Funeral: Sometime Friday, complete arrangements to be announced
