Paris, 1873. Now in possession of J.M. Cutchin III of Whitakers, NC

James M. Cutchin, son of Josiah Cutchin was born May 30, 1841. On Jan. 
1866, he was married to Cornelia C. Wheeless of Nash County by Rev.
J.H. Page of the Methodist Protestant Church. She was born Aug. 13,
1843.

Children:

 1. Mary (Mamie) Ella Cutchin, born Dec. 5, 1866. She married Archie
    Braswell Apr. 11, 1894

 2. Nancy Sarah Cutchin, born Sept. 5, 1868. In June, 1889 she married
    Josiah Cutchin. Children:

    a. Joseph Henry Cutchin, b. Apr. 10, 1890
    b. James Elmer Cutchin, b. Feb. 28, 1893
    c. Joseph Spencer Cutchin, b. Sept. 8, 1902
    d. Cornelia Carmen Cutchin, b. Jan. 15, 1898

 3. Virginia Carter Cutchin, b. Sept. 25, 1870, d. Feb. 11 (8), 1891

 4. Jessie Marion Cutchin, b. Aug. 2, 1872. She married W.T. Braswell
    Dec. 14, 1893

 5. Minnie Garnett Cutchin, b. Sept. 12, 1874, d. Feb. 18, 1958. She
    married Thomas Cherry Gorham Aug. 10, 1894

 6. Linda Best & Lena Anderson Cutchin, twins, b. Sept. 23, 1876. Lena
    married Robert A. Bradley Jan. 29, 1896

 7. Linda Best Cutchin, b. June 5, 1901, W.H. Killebrew

 8. Isla Clark Cutchin, b. Sept. 15, 1879. She married James Samuel
    Gorham July 12, 1905

 9. James McGilbra (Kenny) Cutchin, b. March 27, 1882. He m. Emma
    Avent

10. Richard Speight Cutchin, b. Oct. 26, 1884. d. Sept. 29, 1914. He
    married Annie Mann

11. Henry Wheeless Cutchin, b. Feb. 17, 1887, d. Feb 18, 1958. He
    married Anna Pridgen, b. Nov. 12, 1901, d. Feb. 19, 1958
