Located in field behind houses on NC 124 Hwy

African American Graveyard

I was researching my family graveyards (Webb) and located close to the Webb 
graveyards was another graveyard I was told had African American graves in it.  
I took the time to take pictures of the markers and type this information in. 
I do not have any information regarding the relationship of the people in this 
graveyard (if it wasn't on the markers).  I'm sorry I have no further information 
as to whom to contact for information regarding.

This graveyard has many broken markers and many cemented top graves that have 
sunk at least a foot or two.  This could possibly be because of the flooding of 
Hurricane Floyd in 1999.  There was one grave the marker fell into and I couldn't 
lift it to identify the grave.  There are at least 5 unknown graves located here.
