EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber, having qualified as Executor 
on the estate of JOHN G. L. SCHENEK, ESQ. of Tarboro’, deceased. Those 
indebted to the said estate are requested to make payment immediately; and 
those having claims against said estate, are notified to present them duly 
authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead 
in bar of their recovery. DANIEL REDMOND attends at the store formerly 
occupied by MR. SCHENEK at Tarboro’, and is authorized to give and receive 
charges.
