The said Coffield is to manage said property and estate under the direction of said Lucy and is to join with said Lucy in any conveyance she may desire to make and her written receipt or declaration shall justify him in any manner he may act (during) his trusteeship and is in pursuance of the premises and other good consideration the said Lucy covenants to and with said Wilson that she will never set up any claim to years provisions or distributive share of his estate nor dower, and that she will not after his death set up any claim whatever to his estate by virtue of the contemplated marriage she having fully agreed in consideration of her own estate to release all claim upon the estate of said Wilson and for as much as the said Lucy hath covenanted with the said Wilson not to set up any claim to his estate whatever either at law or equity and hath by their presents released all claim thereto the said Wilson doth hereby covenant with the said Coffield (smudged) executors, administrators and assigns that he might will never setup claims or demand any part or interest in the said estate of said Lucy by right of the said contemplated marriage when it takes place and covenants unto and with the said Coffield that he the said Coffield shall have and hold the said estate free from the claim of said Wilson. It is a part of this conveyance that in the event of his death his executor or administrator shall convey all the estate which said Coffield may hold as trustee to such person as the said Lucy in writing may designate.
