Bruce mortgages of William B. Harper and also the Everett land conveyed to us by Joseph Cobb, administrator of Exum Everett also four mules, named Dock, (Henry), Jack and Fannie all our farming implements on the land above described, in trust to secure a debt to said A.F. and R.M.
