J L WALSTON, G W OWENS, JOHN D EVERETT, ELI WEBB, W H HARRELL, JAMES WEBB, RICHARD WEBB, W F WEBB, all of Edgecombe County and JAMES HOWARD, WILEY HOWARD, (IVEY) HOWARD, JOHN HOWARD, L M PETWAY, KINCHIN WALSTON, ELBERT WEBB, MILLS HARRELL, JOHN WEBB, JR., WILEY WEBB all of Wilson County and all of said parties including nineteen of the second part, Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and ninety dollars to us in hand, paid by the party of the second part the recipt where of is hereby acknowledged and ourselves satisfied and paid, and we SPATES WEBB and wife CAROLINE WEBB of the first part have bargained and sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain, sell, convey, and deliver unto the parties of the second part nineteen interest out of the twenty which the twentieth interest is secured by said SPATE WEBB and his wife to be equally interested in said property with the other nineteen of the second part in a certain tract or parcel of land known as the DAVY WEBB MILL (sect) containing one acre more or less adjoining the lands of HENRY CORBETT and others, to have and to hold unto them the parties of the second part and their heirs forever as agreed in this deed where of we this day subcribe our hand and fix our seal.
