said John Dawson and Charity Hilliard and the said Charity is seized 
and possessed of a considerable estate in land, slaves, stocks and

John have agreed and consented shall and may not withstanding the said 
intended marriage shall take effect be taken and accounted as a 
separate and distinct estate from the estate of the said John and shall 
be ordered and disposed of as hereafter mentioned, Charity conveys her

and female slaves, particularly named in a schedule attached, together
