Seth H. Tyson Benjamin Tyson Sally Ann Tyson Julia Ann Tyson Nancy H. Tyson Aaron Tyson and William A. Tyson tenants in common of the lands descended to them as children and Heires at law of Abner Tyson deceased Whereupon we have made and do hereby make the following appropriation among the several claimants in severalty that is to say (Viz) Lot No. 1 is drawn and appropriated to Benjamin Tyson in Severalty bounded as follows viz commencing at a Stake at the fork of the Greenesville road in a Small drain then up the various courses of Said drain fifty six poles to a corner bunch of black gums at A in Said Slash or drain then South Seventh eight and ahalf east one hundred and twenty poles to Goff Swamp a corner Sweet gum at N. then down Said Swamp to the Greenville road then along the road N. 73 1/2 West one hundred and two poles to the beginning containing forty acres valued at Ninety Dollars.. Lot No. 2 is drawn and appropriated to Nancy H. Tyson bounded as followes (viz) commencing at a corner bunch of black gums at A a corner of No. 1 in a small drain thence up said drain 14 poles to a pine at B then North 73 W 17 poles to a corner bunch of holly bushes at C then due North 17 poles to a lightwood stake at D then South 85 East 160 poles to a corner Stake on Goff Swamp then down the various courses of Said Swamp to a corner Sweet gum a corner of No. 1 then with the line of No. 1 a ____ line to the beginning containing forty acres valued at Ninety dollars. Lot No. 3 is drawn and appropriated to Julia Ann Tyson in severalty bounded as followes (viz) commencing at lightwood stake at D a corner of No. 2 and run due North 42 poles to a stake at E then South 84 East 161 poles to a corner black gum on Goff Swamp then down the various winds of Said Swamp to a corner stake a corner of No. 2 then with the line of No. 2 a marked line to the beginning containing forty acres valued at ninety dollars. Lot No. 4 is drawn and appropriated to Sally Ann Tyson in severalty bounded as followes (viz) commencing at a Stake at E a corner of No. 3 then due North 14 poles to a Small branch to a corner gum then up the various winds of Said branch 12 poles to another gum then North 15 1/2 West 31 1/2 poles to a stake at F then South 86 East 194 poles to a corner cotton tree on Goff Swamp then down the various courses of Said Swamp to a corner black gum a corner of No. 3 then with the line of No. 3 a marked line to the beginning containing Sixty two acres valued at Ninety dollars. Lot No. 5 is drawn and appropriated to Seth H. Tyson in severalty bounded as followes (viz) commencing at a stake at F a corner of No. 4 then north 15 1/2 West 33 poles to a stake in Henderson Ellis line then with his line South 88 1/2 East to a corner pine on the road at G then along the road N 13 1/2 West 15 poles to a corner post oak near the gate at H then South 87 1/2 East 193 poles to a corner stake on the Swamp then down the various winds of Said Swamp to a Cotton tree corner which is a corner of No. 4 then with the line of No. 4 a marked line to the beginning containing fifty five acres valued at Ninety dollars. Lot No. 6 is drawn and appropriated to Aaron Tyson in severalty bounded as followes (viz) commencing at a corner post oak at H a corner of No. 5 then along the road North 13 1/2 West 34 poles to a corner stake at I then South 89 1/2 East 215 poles to a corner boxwood on Goff Swamp then down the various winds of said swamp to a corner stake a corner of No. 5 then with the line of No. 5 a marked line to the beginning containing forty acres valued at Ninety dollars. Lot No. 7 is drawn and appropriated to William A. Tyson in severalty bounded as followes (viz) commencing at a stake a corner of No. 6 at I and then along the road North 13 1/2 W. 40 P. to a pine at J in Jonathan Ellis line then with his and Jesse Galaways line S 891/2 East 90 poles to a corner stump near the path then north and East with Galaways line 15 poles to a corner lightwood stake at K then South 891/2 East 144 poles to a corner black gum on Goff Swamp then down the Said Swamp to a corner boxwood a corner of No. 6 then with the line of No. 6 a marked line to the beginning containing seventy six and a half acres valued at Ninety dollars. Lot No. 8 is drawn and appropriated to Benjamin Hocott in right of his wife Margaret A. H. in severalty bounded as follows (viz) commencing at a stake at K a corner of No. 7 then North 33 East with J. Galaways line 117 1/2 P. to a stump at L., Jesse Galaways corner then with his line north 88 West 38 poles to a pine another of his corners at M. then along another of his lines due north to a stake 38 poles to the Wolfpit branchthen down the Said branch to the line of lands of Theophilis Gays heires then with their line South 26 1/2 W 47 poles to a stump at L. then South 56 1/2 East 35 poles to a maple on a small branch then down said branch to Goff Swamp to a corner gum then down the various courses of Said Swamp to a corner black gum a corner of No. 7 then with the line of No. 7 a marked line to the beginning containing seventy six and a half acres valued at ninety dollars.
