30 Dec. 1769 - JONATHAN WEAVER and wife, ELIZABETH to son, BENJAMIN WEAVER, 
for love and affection 200 acres situated on one of the branches of Town Creek 
it being part of a tract granted to JOB ROGERS by deed bearing date 21 March 
1742 and reserved to said JONATHAN WEAVER and wife as a lifetime estate.
