Killed In Battle
The Weekly Standard of Raleigh June 19, 1861

The only one killed of the North Carolina Regiment in the last battle was 
HENRY L. WYATT of the Edgecombe Guards. Deceased was formerly of Richmond and 
has a widowed mother living near there. MR. CHARLES WILLIAMS and COUNCIL
ROGERS of Fayetteville companies were severely wounded.
General BUTLER is said to have commanded in person in this battle, but very 
prudently kept out of harm's way.
