Thurs. Nov. 8, 1810, Raleigh Minerva
   DIED, on the 28th September near Tarboro’, MRS. BETHIER MAYO, wife of CAPT. 
MICAJAH MAYO, in the 39th year of her age. She was the sister of MRS. JOHN 
(CATHEY) MAYO. The two sisters were married to brothers, lived within sight of 
each other and died within days of one another. They were much respected as 
members of society, the memory of which will long be grateful to their family 
and those who knew them.
