	Bracewell, Richard, date of will 27 Aug 1804, date proved Feb. Ct. 
1807 ... “In the name of God” ...all real and personal property to be divided 
between my wife, Charlotte and her heir or heirs begotten by me.  If I leave 
no heir lawfully begotten all my property to said wife, Charlotte and her 
heirs, Executor- my friends Joseph Bell and James Southerland, sign. Richd 
Bracewell, wit. Malachi (Danncy or Penney) and David Randolph.  Abstracted
