	BRAKE, JACOB, will date 26 Jan 1827, date proved Aug Ct 1830, Edge. 
Co. book F, page 26, original in archives, ...being weake and low in health of 
body...Wife MOURNING BRAKE - bed, loom woolen wheel, etc. Son JESSE BRAKE, 
daughter WINNIFRED JACKSON and son JACOB BRAKE- two dollars each.  To ANDREW 
C. JACKSON (son of ELISHA W. JACKSON)- sheep.  Remaining estate to BENJAMIN 
BRAKE, SPENCER BRAKE, JOSIAH BRAKE, JAMES BRAKE, AMOS BRAKE, and ABSILA BRAKE 
(the children of my son JACOB BRAKE).  Any remaining money to the said 
BENJAMIN, SPENCER, JOSIAH, JAMES, AMOS and ABSILA when they come of age, 
signed Jacob Brake (X), Ex.	friend MOSES PRICE, Wit.	MOSE SPICER, 
ARCHIBALD WHITFIELD
