	BRASWELL, Abner, date of will 9 Apr 1807, Proved May Ct. 1807, “weake 
in body bot of sound mind and memory”...pay my just debts- wife Nancy 
Braswell to have 1/2 all my estate real and personal during her natural life- 
to daughter Zilpha Braswell the other 1/2 of my estate to be managed by my 
executors and to be paid to her at her marriage or when she becomes of age.  
If daughter dies without heirs, her share to my wife for her natural life or 
widowhood, then to my brothers and sisters children.   Executors James 
Southerland and Shadrack Collins.  Sign. Abner Braswell (X). Wit. Lewis Fort,
