Written: 1863

	Braswell, Polly, Edgecombe Co., date of will 14 June 1860, date 
recorded 1863, “being of sound disposing mind and memory”... all my property 
to be sold except one young heifer which I give to my daughter Winnifred 
Braswell together with its increase and $50 in cash; Item- all the rest of my 
estate to be divided among my children as follows: Sally Williams, July 
Wiggins (possibly Judy), Mary Peat Martha Lancaster, Willie Braswell, James 
Braswell, Baker Braswell, Spencer Braswell, Lucinda Braswell and Winifred 
Braswell; Item- I appoint my daughter Mary Peat Braswell executrix; signed 
Polly Braswell (X), wit. David Williams, Winnifred Braswell (X).  Abstracted
