	Braswell, B.F. estate file.  Proceedings in Attachment, R.B. 
Braswell, admin of B.R. Braswell against Marcellus Robbins- affidavit 
of R.B Braswell, on 24 Dec 1876, the deft. Marcellus Robbins at 
Sharpsburg, NC, un-necessarily shot at and wounded B.F. Braswell the 
intestate of pltf and that said B.F. Braswell died on the 1st day of 
Jany 1877 at said place from the effects of said wound inflicted by 
said deft as aforesaid, R.B. Braswell is about to commence an action in 
this court against said Marcellus Robbins who has left the state and is 
now a resident of the state of Florida but has property in this state, 
signed Robert Braswell.  BOND- R.B. Braswell, admn of B.F Braswell 
against Marcellus Robbins, R.B. Braswell and C.S. Braswell post bond of 
$500 in case against Marcellus Robbins, signed Robert Braswell, C.S. 
Braswell.  WARRENT OF ATTACHMENT- for $1500 against Marcellus Robbins 
who has left the state and is a resident of the state of Florida, March 
1887.  COMPLAINT of Robert B. Braswell, administrator of B.F. Braswell 
vs. Marcellus Robbins, alleges that B.F. Robbins died on 1 Jan 1877 and 
R.B. Braswell was appointed as his administrator; On 27 Dec. 1876, 
Marcellus Robbins shot B.F. Braswell in the town of Sharpsburg and said 
Braswell died on the 1st day of Jan. 1878, the shooting was unlawful and 
platintiff asks for damages of $1500, signed Conner & Woodard, 
attorneys for Pltff, signed 4 May 1877, Robert Braswell.  COURT ORDER 
to sheriff of Edgecombe County to attach and hold sufficient property 
of Marcellus Robbins to satisfy award of $1500.  NCA Estate files,
