	Braswell, Bythal estate file 1842; Feb Ct. 1842, petition of 
Louisa Braswell, widow of Bythal Braswell, plaintiff vs. John Peele and 
wife, Jackey, Calvin D. Braswell, Thomas Thorne and wife, (Serena), 
Frances Braswell residing in this state and Willie Braswell residing in 
another state, petition states that Bythal died since the last court, 
testate, he died seized and possessed of four tracts of land adjoining 
one another adjoining the lands of Isaac Braswell, John Daws, Cressy 
Braswell, Alfred Jackson and Redmond Curl, containing about 600 acres 
which Bythal left to be divided among the defendants (named above) in 
equal value, Louisa sues here for her dower
