Ward of the state of Tennessee 8 Negroes with increase Granddaughter: Elizabeth Pender 15 Negroes with increase, the pianoforte, clock and Brady still attached to tract of land devised to her. Granddaughter: Martha C. Fort 14 Negroes with increase Brandy still attached to the land devised to her. Should she die without heirs, estate to be divided between Grandson David C. Ward and Granddaughter Elizabeth Pender. I also bequeath to my Granddaughter Elizabeth Pender the Plantation whereon I now reside, beginning at Fishing Creek, Spier's Old Bridge. Below where the bridge now stands, along the road leading from said Bridge to Bell's Bridge on Tar River. 805 ½ acres to Granddaughter Martha Fort, land on Fishing Creek below on east side of Spier's Old Bridge to Bell's Bridge on Tar River, 672 ½ Acres.
