	Clark, James W. estate 1890; LETTERS TESTAMENTARY application by 
Haywood Clark stating that James W. Clark, late of Edgecombe Co. is 
dead without leaving a will and Haywood is the proper person to 
administer estate, valued at about $500, H.T. Clark, Mary B. Thomas and 
Laura P. Cotton are heirs, signed 28 Mar 1890.
