Crisp, and Jennete his wife, of full age and Benjamin Crisp an infant under the age of 21 years by (Spiers) Crisp, his guardian; they are tenants in common of sundry negroes to which they are entitled to as the distrubutees of the late William Crisp and they desire to have a division of said negroes among them but that they ask the court to appoint commissioner to divide said negroes, signed J.R. Lloyd, atty for petitioners. Court appointed Danl. Hopkins, Fred. Hopkins, (Wile) D. Hopkins, John Mooring, Silas Wilkerson as commissioners.
