KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, W G WEBB, am held and firmly bound
unto SPEIGHTS WEBB in the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, to the true and
faithful payment where I bind myself, my executors and administrators by
these presents.

Signed and sealed, 1st day of January 1905

     The conditions of this obligaton is such: That where as the said 
W G WEBB has contracted and agreed to sell and convey to the said SPEIGHT 
WEBB and his heirs a certain track or parcel of land in said county, 
situated in NO. 8 Township adjoining the land of O J LEWIS, JONAS EDWARDS, 
DR. M B PITT and others, and known as the J A B NORVILLE land containing 
two hundred and fifty (250) acres more or less, on receiving the sum of 
Fifteen Hundred Dollars being the purchase money agreed on between the 
parties and secured by five notes bearing even dates with these presents, 
one due January 1st, 1906, one due January 1st, 1907, one due January 1st, 
1908, one due January 1st, 1909, one due January 1st, 1910, each for the 
sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) as reference to the same will more 
fully appear.

     Now, therefore, if the said W G WEBB, on receiving the said 
purchase money together with the interest thereon account on the dates 
above named shall well and truly, at his own cost and charge, make and 
execute to the said SPEIGHTS WEBB and his heirs a good and sufficient deed 
of conveyance with warrant and full covenants to convey and secure unto 
him, the said SPEIGHTS WEBB, and his heirs a good sure and indefeasible 
estate of inheritains in and to the said track of land, with the privileges 
and appertenances thereto belonging free and discharged of any and all 
encumbrance whatever, then this obligation is to be void; otherwise to 
remain full force and effect.
