Being sick and weak in body but of a sound mind and memory...To my loving wife, Wincey Flowry one mare known by the piggeon and two cows and two sows & piggy and one (Lining) wheel & one wooling wheel; to my son Jesse Flowry all my right of land in the state of Cumberland; to my son William Flowry 100 acres of land lying on the Cabbing Branch adjoining Benjamin Thornall; to my loving wife Winney Flowry all the rest of my estate both real and personal during her natural life or widowhood or until the youngest comes of age of 21 years and then the hole of my estate that I have lent to my wife to be divided among my seven children except the land and that to be divided among my five youngest, Richard Flowry, Ephraim Flowry, Benjamin Flowry, Mary Flowry, Enoch Flowry and appoint as executors my trust friends William Ellis, Jacob Powell, John Williford, Daniel Powell (scratched out), James Barnes, signed Lazarus Flory (X), wit John Williams, Thomas Williford (proved).
