I give to my son Jacob Fort my land lying on Hatchers Swamp also all my money and Negro fellow named Bob, also all my household goods and horses and mares also all my cattle and hogs to him and his heirs forever but in case my son, Jacob Fort dies without heirs lawfully begotten of his body I give all my (estate) to my two brothers, Joseph Fort and Jacob Fort as equally divided as possible; I appoint and desire that my father, Joseph Fort and Benjamin Bunn be my executors, signed John Fort, wit William Johnson, Thos Underwood, Solomon Braswell.
