Petway, the former administrator has also died, and others have renounced their right to administer estate, valued at $40.89, heirs are Martha Gay, Nathaniel Gay, Mary Gay, Wm. Gay, D.B. Gay, Milly Gay, M.A. Gay, Roena Williams, dated (5 May) 1891. PETITION for dower by Lydia Gay, widow of Eaton Gay, dec’d. states that Eaton died leaving as heirs, his children (Livena) Gay, Nathan Gay, Martha Gay, Mary Gay, (Lincy) Gay, Evelina Gay, Roena, the wife of Robert Williams, Elizabeth Gay, Alfred Gay, John Gay, Burwell Gay, William Gay, and David B.
