I give & recommend my soul to Almighty God that gave it my body to the earth to be buried in a Christian decent burial... item- It is my will that my wife Elizabeth Horn should live on my plantation during her life in quiet possession & at her death by land & the plantation to be sold at public sale and the money to be equally divided between my daughters Ruth Horn, (Meriam Horn) and ( ) for them to be possessed with the money as soon as possible; item- It is likewise my will & desire that my well beloved wife should be possessed with all my household goods & chattles & stock of cattle, hogs & horses during her life & at her death to be sold at public sale & equally divided between all my children, viz (Sean Horn), Josiah Horn, (Penelope) Nancy Ruth Horn Merrium Horn & (Jeruiah Horn). I appoint my brother Moses Horn, John Fort and my well beloved wife, Elizabeth Horn executors. Signed Henry Horn, wit (Grifin Nrinny), (Sian Horn)(mark), James Perry (mark), Newtin Whitfield (mark).
