Hall, CC, 27 Aug. 1805. Marked on folder, received 28 August, 1805, "executed," Jesse Farmer, Sheriff. ORDER TO SHERIFF OF HALIFAX COUNTY to take from the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of William Jackson in the hands of Matthew Whitaker, Executor 56 pds, 10 shillings which Christopher Ing recovered in Edgecombe Court, also the sum of 3 shillings & 9 pence and your own fees for this service and have monies in Edgecombe court on the fourth Monday in May next, dated 23 Feb 1807. Appears to be marked on folder 3pds 9 pence for Edgecombe expenses, 56 pds, 10 shillings for judgement and 28 pds, 8 shillings, 3 pence by Halifax expenses, dated 1807.
