Daughtridge, (T)P Braswell, Jno. T. Proctor and others, the land being known and designated as the tract of land of which Elizabeth Long, nee Proctor, died seized and possessed of and where she lived at her death containing 82 acres in Rocky Mount Township; the interest of the petitioners is one third each, they being three tenants in common; the defendant Martha Elizabeth Long is a minor without guardian; they desire to hold their shares in severalty, and ask court to appoint three commissioners to divide the land and allot a share to each of petitioners, signed Geo.
