to summons William Dew, Arthur Dew and William Rogers to appear in 
court “February next” to answer Amos Johnston, administrator of John 
Permenter, dec’d that they owe him 382 pounds, five shillings, dated 23 
Nov, 1801, wit Edward Hale, Clerk of Court, signed E. Hall, CC.
