	PROCTOR, AARON ESTATE RECORDS, 1832; PETITION of Young Proctor, 
the heirs at law of John Proctor, dec’d., by their guardian, the heirs 
at law of Mary Whitehead by their guardian, Martha Ann Williford by her 
husband, Jacob Proctor, Absalam Proctor, Murphy Proctor, Martha 
Proctor, Rhoda Proctor, Charlotte Proctor and Elizabeth Proctor, minors 
by Augustine Whitehead, their next friend showing that Aaron Proctor, 
late of Edgecombe Co died testate, leaving a tract of land to his sons, 
Young and Wright (John had been written but crossed out), adjoining the 
lands of Etheldred Cohoon, Peoples Hill and others and that soon after 
the said land vested in said devisees, the said Wright Proctor died 
leaving your petitioners his next of kin and heirs at law, who asks 
court to appoint commissioners to divide land, signed P.R. Hines, atty 
for petitioners; Robert W. Barnes, Moses Price, Gray Armstrong Robert 
R. Braswell and Orren D. Cohoon appointed as commissioners to divide 
among petitioners and set apart for each petitioner his share.  Estate
