	Proctor, Frederick estate, 1810,  Petition by Mary Proctor to 
Aug. Ct. 1810 for dower land stating that Frederick Proctor died "March 
last"; Aug. Ct. 1810,petition by Mary  Proctor for years allowance, 
also stating that he died "March last"; court appointed freeholders 
Weeks Parker, Gray Armstrong, John Hill; allotted on 20 Sept. 1810, 13 
hogs, 20 barrels corn, 8 bushels wheat, 1 barrel cider, 5 gallons 
brandy, part of fodder, signed Weeks Parker, Gray Armstrong (X), John
