Proctor, widow of Jesse Proctor, dec’d to Nash Co Ct for years 
provisions, 2 Nov 1799.  ACCOUNT OF SALE, 3 Dec 1799, buyers include 
Benj. Bunn, Solomon Proctor, Jesse Brake, Nathaniel Gilbert, widow, 
Shrrod Brake, Elizabeth Curl, Mary Brake, Saml Doughry, Jacob Horn, I. 
Proctor, Lewis Hines, Thomas Whitley, John Watkins, (Permenter Br??), 
D. Hall, possibly date Feb Ct 1807.  INVENTORY OF ESTATE by Winnifred 
Proctor, Oct 30, 1799, (long list of items including household; note on 
this paper to court Winnifred gives up administration of estate to 
Harris Horn.  BOND of 100 pds posted by Harris Horn and Redmun Bunn as 
surity of Harris Horn, administrator of Jesse Proctor, dec’d, 12 Nov 
1799. YEARS PROVISIONS laid off for Wineford Proctor, widow and family 
of Jess Proctor , dec’d to wit 4 barrels of corn and 350 weight of good 
pork, 1 bushel of salt, 40 weight of seed cotton, signed Lewis Hines, 
Benjamin Bunn, Robert Ricks, 3 Dec 1799.  Abstracted from NCA file
