	Proctor, Moses, Estate file, NC Archives, Edgecombe Co. Estates, 
CR.037.508.102.   SUMMONS to Wm. Brake and Wm. Faulk to appear before 
some Justice of the Peace to answer Samuel Deloach, debones non to the 
estate of Moses Proctor, dec’d for nonpayment of 3 pounds, one shilling 
with interest from 24 (Dec) 1794, issued 20 June 1795.  (NOTE AT 
BOTTOM) 17 Nov. 1795, NO goods and chattels to be found, therefore I 
have executed this writ on the lands and tenements of said defend Wm. 
Brake which land is situate on the south side of Tyancokey Swamp 
adjoining the lands of Sampn. Proctor, Wm. Falk, estimated to be 100 
acres, signed J.W. Hilliard.
