	Proctor, Moses, Estate file, NC Archives, Edgecombe Co. Estates, 
CR.037.508.102.  PETITION of James Deloach, administrator de bonis of 
Moses Proctor, dec’d, against (blank) Proctor, (blank) Proctor, Proctor 
infants under the age of 21, heirs at law of the said Moses Proctor, 
Proctor died intestate sometime in the year of (179blank), and 
administration of his estate was granted to Benjamin Brake who also 
died about the month of December 1794; after his death administration 
de bonis non was granted to petitioner, James Deloach at May Ct. last; 
goods that came into said Deloach’s hands from estate were not 
sufficient to satisfy just demands against estate of said Moses but 
this petitioner is entitled to the sum of 173 pounds, two shillings, 6 
pence from said estate, and he asks for relief.
