You will please take notice that on the 4 Monday in November next I 
shall petition to the court of pleas and quarters session for the 
county of Edgecombe to be held at the court house in Tarboro for and 
order of sale on the undivided interest belonging to you in a tract of 
land belonging to the heirs of Isaac Robbins, dec’d. adjoining the land 
of Nancy Daws and Hilliard Taylor and Miles Dawes and Ephraim Dawes and 
others virtue of sundry execution in my hand for collection in favor of 
Thomas Braswell & William G. Armstrong & William C. Sharp this the 31th 
day of October the 1834 (possibly 1854).  Signed David Sharpe, (CS).  
	Summons for Warren G. Robbins stating that he owes nine dollars 
and interest to Thomas J. Braswell and is to be brought before a 
justice of the county to answer to the charge, dated 20 Aug. 1853.
	Paper that appears to be a note for $9 plus interest from the 
first of Jan. owed to T.J. Braswell, dated (illegible date) Jan. 1853, 
signed W.G. Robbins, wit. Hilyard S. Taylor.	Paper- 20th August 1853, 
Judgement granted vs the within defendant for nine dollars & Interest 
since the 10th Jany 1853 & 4-   cost.  Signed W.J. Armstrong, JP.  
Execute sell & satisfy the above and cost according to law this 20th 
August 1854.  W.J. Armstrong.	Paper- No personal property to be found.  
Levied on the undivided interest in a tract of land lying on both sides 
of the Rail Road in Edgecombe County adjoining the lands of Nancy 
Dawes, Hiliard Taylor, Miles Dawes, and others containing in all three 
hundred sixty one acres more or less the property of the defendant 
Warren G. Robbins, the 31st day of October 1854, signed David Sharpe, 
CS (County Sheriff?)
