	Robbins, Jacob D., 1877.  Petition of George W. Williams, his 
wife, Sally A. Williams was a daughter of Jacob D. Robbins.  On 1 Dec. 
1875, she sold a lot of land descended from her father, lot # 4 in the 
division of his land to J.J. Sharpe in exchange for a tract of land in 
Nash Co.  Sally died before signing deed, leaving two children, Frances 
Ella Williams and William Shelly (presumably Williams but not stated, 
possible child by former husband) as her heirs at law.  Petition asks 
for confirmation of sale, 23 Jan. 1877 and recorded in Edgecombe Co. Db 
42, page 58.  Edgecombe Co. Estates, NC State Archives CR.037.508,104.
