	Robbins, Simon, 1786.  Petition of Sally Ellis, wife of Elisha 
Ellis and relict of Simon Robbins, dec’d., petitioner’s former husband 
Simon Robins (sic)   died seized and possessed of a tract of 3 hundred 
(and some odd, illegible) acres on Poplar Branch, petition is for dower 
land, signed Elisha Ellis, Sally Ellis, May Ct. 1786.  Edgecombe Co. 
Estates, NC State Archives CR.037.508,104.
